Individual Therapy for Adults who Left Romantic Narcissistic Relationships.
You left. Now It's Time to Come Home to Yourself.
Trauma-informed therapy to help you rebuild self-trust, settle your nervous system, and finally feel safe in your own life again.
"You got out. You're holding it together.
But inside, something still doesn't feel like yours."
If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone...and you're not broken.
- You second guess every decision, even small ones, because you learned your judgment couldn't be trusted.
- You feel numb or disconnected from your own feelings, like there's a wall between you and your life.
- You're functioning fine on the outside, but inside you feel exhausted, on edge, or strangely empty.
- You catch yourself over explaining, people pleasing, or shrinking to keep the peace, even when there's no threat.
- Certain sounds, tones of voice, or situations send your body into panic, even though you know you're safe now.
- You want to trust people again, but something in your chest says, "Don't let anyone that close."

Hi, I'm Leah!
I'm a licensed therapist who works specifically with adults rebuilding their lives after narcissistic abuse. I know what it looks like when someone has "moved on" but still carries the weight of what happened in their body, the hypervigilance, the self doubt, the quiet grief for who you were before.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, Cognitive Behavior Theory, Dialectical Behavior Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Theory, Polyvagal theory and nervous system regulation. That means we don't just talk about what happened. We work with your body's responses so you can actually feel safe again, not just think you should.
I didn't come to this work by accident. I've seen the way emotional abuse can quietly dismantle a person's sense of self and I've also seen how that self can be rebuilt. That rebuilding is what drives everything I do.
This Is For You If You're Ready…
This therapy is for people who have left a narcissistic relationship and are rebuilding, when things look okay but don't feel okay yet.
- To stop just surviving and start actually living on your own terms
- To understand why your body still reacts as if you're in danger and learn how to calm it
- To rebuild trust in yourself after years of being told your feelings weren't real
- To feel your emotions without being overwhelmed by them
- To create relationships that feel safe, honest, and mutual
- To finally feel at home in your own skin
If Something on This Page Resonated…
You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need to be "ready enough." You just need to be curious about what life could feel like on the other side of this.
